R.N. Glidden Landscaping Service was established in 1960 by Robert N. Glidden, Sr. and Carolyn, who owned and operated the family business until 2000. To this day the business is located at its original location at 1750 Hardwick Road in New Braintree, MA.
Robert and Carolyn’s son Richard joined the business full-time as soon as he finished high school in 1986, and worked with his father to help it grow. In 2000, Robert sold the business to Richard and wife, Ellen, who still own and operate it today, along with their two children Zachary and Emily: three generations and still planting!
